Cancellation Policy – Rise&Roar

At Rise&Roar, we understand that plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before placing an order.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.


How to Request Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible:

Include:

• Order ID
• Reason for cancellation

Cancellation requests are processed based on order status.


Cancellation Approval

If the order has not been dispatched, the cancellation will be approved and processed.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy.


Refund for Cancelled Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled before dispatch:

• Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Bank/payment provider processing may take 3–5 business days

Total refund completion time may take up to 10–12 business days.


COD Orders

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders may lead to restrictions on future orders.


Final Note

Rise&Roar reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicious activity. Customers will be notified and refunded where applicable.
