At Rise&Roar, we are committed to delivering quality products and a transparent shopping experience. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following situations:

• Product received is damaged
• Product received is defective
• Wrong item delivered

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition
• Original tags, packaging, and security seal must be intact
• Product must not show signs of use

Items with removed tags, opened security seal, or visible usage will not be eligible for return.


Important Notes

• Slight color variation due to lighting or screen differences is not considered a defect.
• Minor design or finish variations that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
• Delivery delays caused by courier partners are not eligible for refunds.


How to Request a Return

• Order ID
• Clear photos/videos showing the issue
• Brief explanation of the problem

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Address

If your return request is approved, return instructions and the return address will be shared via email.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or personal preference
• Size expectation issues
• Products with removed tags or opened seal
• Used or damaged items after delivery
• Sale or discounted items
• Gift cards


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refund Timeline

• Return request review: 1–2 business days
• Inspection after return is received: 2–3 business days
• Refund initiation after approval: 5–7 business days
• Bank/payment provider processing: 3–5 business days

Total estimated refund completion time: up to 10–12 business days after approval.


Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• You will be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

COD Orders (Important)

Orders refused at delivery without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future orders.
